Although this update is a bit overdue, it’s for a good reason—our team has been hard at work developing tools that are already making a big impact for our customers. Complete Flexibility for Licensing and LOAs
Our compliance engine has undergone a major update, giving you unprecedented flexibility to handle various agency, agent, and product scenarios across all lines of Property & Casualty, and most lines of Life & Health. With quick, seamless setup, MGAs, wholesalers, and carriers can now ensure that any licensed producers who are eligible to sell a product can do so, while automatically marking those with missing lines of authority as non-compliant. This is especially critical for wholesalers and MGAs operating in both admitted and non-admitted markets.
Granular Control of Agent Onboarding
Our platform’s onboarding process has become so streamlined that producers can sometimes get overzealous when bulk uploading agents. To help manage this, we’ve introduced enhanced controls that let you specify which agents and agencies can sell which products in which states. This new feature helps save on appointment costs and keeps agents organized by business type and location.
Duplicate Agent Validation
Larger insurance organizations often find they’re tracking the same agent across multiple departments and paying for compliance data more than once. Our latest release solves this by unifying the agent onboarding database across all related organizations, providing a single source of truth for managing the sales force.
